Using a resolutely user-centric approach, Alstom’s new corporate site has taken bold decisions in terms of ease of use to address its different publics – passengers, customers, partners, investors, job applicants, etc. – more directly. The project employed a “sprint design” methodology which meant that the challenge of designing and launching the site was met in just 7 months!
