To enable Bouygues Construction’s communications professionals to talk about the Group’s promise – Shared Innovation – with a single voice, we worked on a un récit synthétique explaining how this baseline encapsulates the company’s contributions, strategy and ways of doing business. Around this framework we developed communications guidelines with them, defining key topics and assigning each channel of the ecosystem a specific role in dialogue with stakeholders.
