The advent of Workplace has profoundly transformed Heineken’s internal communications. The in-house magazine had to find a new role, that of detail, decoding and detachment. The B*Book was born. A small-format half-A4 limited edition booklet, it has become the book of Heineken’s ongoing transformation.
