a network of ambassadors to create transversal links within the company

Launch of a “hands-on” programme with fifteen ambassadors in March 2017. Kick-off day at the agency saw a reminder of the company’s communications challenges, a presentation of employee advocacy and exercises on LinkedIn and Twitter. The programme has grown since then and a platform has been chosen: more than 60 ambassadors are now working with Smarp.
